I'm so glad that you've posted this update here. MS can be challenging to live with on a daily basis so it's important to connect with others who "get it."
I find myself sensitive to heat as well. It's challenging at different times of the year - certainly in the summer, but even in the winter as there can be a lot of space heaters and fireplaces around that can be triggering. That's why the spring and fall are personally my favorite seasons.
