I'm sorry to hear that you're having a rough go of it. Is there anything that helps you to get through the tough days? I know sometimes, it helpful to connect with a specific friend or family member, or I personally like to sit outside or at least by a window to get some sunshine and fresh air. It certainly doesn't take MS away, but we're just looking for the tools that help to make the days a little easier.
