The fitness tracking watch I have been using is giving up on me. I bought it for cheap during the pandemic lockdown to track steps and sleep. Now that I'm really struggling with walking, it no longer registers most of my steps, and it is starting to glitch on my sleep. So I've been looking for a new wearable tracker, with the emphasis on health over fitness, but am seeing so many reviews across the board that I can't decide.
So I figured I would come to this wonderful community and ask. Do you wear a health or fitness tracker? Do you have any that you would recommend? I won't be upset if your recommendation doesn't work for me, I'm just genuinely lost and hoping for some input from individuals who are concerned about the same things that I am. Is my heart rate going too high, is my oxygen level going too low, am I sleeping well and enough?
