Time

Time is one thing we all understand more than others. I exercise on a stationary bike, do some yoga 3x a day to keep me going. Although, fatigue is the main issue, just fight!

Changes that have helped me

My eating habits have changed to no red meat and gluten-free which has helped greatly. I retired, left, quit, my job for it was starting to be competition to keep up and able to handle things without dropping.

How MS affected my driving

Driving became difficult. I got stopped one night by a cop because he told me I was swerving. I told him the truth that I was very tired and just coming from work and that also, I have MS, which gives me difficult times. He let me go. Was concerned about how far I had to go but actually was close to home. You know what they say you always get stopped when close to home.

That is my story for right now.

Bless you all keep fighting!!!!
