MS Naturally
I was diagnosed with MS in 1999, but it was told that it would not show up until later. It definitely did when I got married in 2010 and was working a retail job. I took the medicine and many others to help my symptoms of dizziness, tingling, and numbness in my left leg. But it just made me feel worse and miserable. I got tired of not feeling better due to all the side effects I was sensitive to. So I got off and decided to take the natural route. I eat mostly fruits & vegetables, with the exception to chicken and salmon. But no pork, seafood, or beef. I also take vitamins, rest when need to and exercise. This is what has been working for me.
