I'm still a little new to this "MS thing", as I was diagnosed January 2013 at 43 years old. I can not walk for extended periods of time (or sometimes, short periods of time) without my right leg just wanting to give out on me. I always push a cart when in a store where it's available, but am unsure what to do when it just hits me out of the blue. I really don't want to stop doing things where walking is a concern, and I don't want to rely completely on my husband to get me from point A to point B. Will exercising my legs allow me to walk for longer lengths of time? Or will this just make them tired? I appreciate anyone's advice or comments. Thanks!
