Document editor software research

Hi,

I am conducting a research for an application that is geared towards accessibility. I have been trying to find some of the most common problems patients with MS have and if there is anything they want to be within the software like Microsoft Office suite or any document editor that would make life easier for them. Please provide some inputs, it would be great if people can give suggestions and also explain their problems with the current document editors they use what they would like to be addressed so it can be easier to write, edit or read a document.
