, first off, I am sorry you are experiencing these symptoms! I truly hope you aren't labelled a hypochondriac, as the symptoms you are experiencing sound very real and serious. I would try to write down all of the symptoms you are experiencing and taking that list in with you to your next appointment. At that appointment, you can ask for a referral to a specialist (like a neurologist) and you can ask for specific tests, like an MRI. Have you had an MRI since your one 20 years ago? Also, an MRI is an important part of the diagnostic process, but there are other tests used to help reach a diagnosis of MS. Here's a little information on those tests, so you can talk to them with your physician, if you want to request them -- https://multiplesclerosis.net/diagnosis/tools-your-doctor-will-use-to-make-a-diagnosis.
Whether you are dealing with MS or another condition, you are obviously dealing with *something* and you deserve to have those symptoms properly addressed and treated! I hope you get some answers soon and that your doctor(s) take your concerns seriously.
Good luck and keep us posted, if you feel comfortable doing so!
